and a toy designer.



She is currently an instructor at the department of Mechanical Engineering at MIT, in the teaching team of 2.00b Toy Product Design.

She recently completed her Master in Design Studies (MDes Tech '19) at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design. Her thesis, Dēmiourgós: A Construction Toy for Children, was part of her ongoing research on the correlation between construction toys and technology. In addition to teaching, also Stella mentors regularly at MIT and was an instructor at GSD. In 2016, She graduated from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece, where she also held multiple exhibitions. She is interested in exploring the subject of play through historical research and contemporary Technics.
